NEW ERA ON PERFECT INSULATION AND WIND LOAD RESISTANCE

Elegance 80 systems is providing more than the desired performance over a window; it carries the quality to the highest point by combining insulation, power, and aesthetic criteria and becomes a new solution partner for the projects. While it provides the perfect heat insulation with 80 mm wide profiles, a design with 6 chambers and a triple sealing system, is specially designed for the discharge of water from outer environment. Full insulation of the middle seal was provided by sloping sash design.

Its special design which provides superior durability against high wind load on high-rise buildings. Thanks to its wide mullion profile it provides excellent performance without need for any additional profiles suchlike grillage.

Aesthetics

Window production meeting various aesthetic and decorative expectations is possible with 21 different lamination color options. Different color foils can be used, inside and outside, depending on the building facades and indoor decoration. • During the design stage of Elegance 80 system, shape of reinforcement steels, their locations in the profile, and the maximum wind load that the existing structures may be exposed to, were all considered.

Water and Air Impermeability

• The profiles were designed as to discharge rainwater to outdoors by formation of inclines and drainage channels on them. High endurance against rain was provided even on the high wind load.
• The system did not leak any water inside and proved its high quality while under tests carried out with 600 Pa (110 km/h) wind load and 4 liters of rainwater per minute.
• Water leak totally hindered with the triple sealing system.
• Usage of wide mullion profile is providing a high performance and high wind loads even in the high-rise buildings, without need for any additional profiles suchlike grillage.

Heat Insulation

• Elegance 80 system was designed to reach the highest values of heat insulation by taking into consideration the middle seal, reinforcement steel, number and location of chambers, and all points that form a heat bridge.

GUILLOTINE WINDOW SYSTEM

General Information

Guillotine System, which we design and manufacture, is a vertical sliding system that can be implemented in confined spaces such as kitchens or lofts with no room for sash swing, and in detached houses and villas to achieve added value in terms of aesthetics. The calculations were made by using a glass unit with a thermal conductivity coefficient of 0,6 W/m2K for a window with dimensions of 1,23×1,43m in accordance with the standard TS EN ISO 10077-2.

SELENIT COVER SERIES

General Information

Selenit Cover Series provides an aluminum look in the external environment with the help of the aluminum coating system applied to PVC windows. Selenit Cover does not compromise over the advanced insulation properties of PVC windows and it can be applied on PVC windows by way of the aluminum covers in colors which are compatible with the façades.

PVC window systems are the window systems which have the lowest thermal conductivity (having the highest insulation values). For the applications which are requested to look like aluminum, specially designed Selenit Cover aluminum profiles are applied on PVC window profiles to obtain the aluminum look in different colors. Thus, both the desired aesthetic look is achieved and the insulation of the PVC window reaches higher values due to the aluminum cover. Aluminum profiles are applied to the external part of the window.

SLIDING PVC WINDOW SERIES

Developed by FIRAT technology for narrow and confined areas where normal door and window opening is not possible, Fıratpen Sliding Series provide ideal solution in any field through their heat and sound insulation values aesthetic and decorative look, practical use and functional solutions for wide openings.

• Because of special brushes and black EPDM seals used on in Fıratpen Sliding Series, the air permeability value is 0,33 m3/hcm and wind resistance 2000 Pa.
• With profile width of 70mm and 2,6mm profile thickness, it provides acoustic insulation of 32db.
• As it is possible to use all auxiliary and detailed profiles on the systems of sliding series, it is possible to use them with other Fıratpen window series in good harmony and combination.
• Thanks to two different glazing bead profiles, it makes it possible for use of single and double glazing application.
• As there is self-closed channel on the frame profile, it does not require further channel closing, providing a more aesthetical appearance.
